The WIN Ministries Board of Directors is a diverse group of missions-minded businessmen, professionals, and pastors. They have all generously given of their time, guidance, and support, to see the vision of WIN Ministries carried out.
Dr. S. Brick Cliff and his wife, Beth, have served as missionaries for 26 years in Africa, India, and in Latin America. His thirty years of ministry have included: evangelism, church planting, starting and directing Bible schools, pastoring churches in different countries, and starting three Christian film studios. Dr. Cliff is a graduate of Elim Bible Institute, Spring Arbor University, and Covenant Theological Seminary (with a doctorate in ministry).
Joe Ballenger is the owner of Ballenger Properties, a Harlingen, Texas commercial real estate company. Joe and his wife Vivian have been married for over 25 years and have been in the real estate business for over 20 years. Joe is a native of Lyford, Texas, a member of the Harlingen Chamber of Commerce, and a graduate of Baylor University.
Darrel Johnson is an entrepreneur, real estate developer, and owner of the Affordable Attic, a multi-location self-storage company. Darrel graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Finance from Texas A&M University in 1977. He has been married to his wife Grace for over 30 years.
David Daniel Turner, originally from the Thumb of Michigan, was raised in a ministry-minded family and spent time as a child in Taiwan and India. David joined WIN Ministries as a Video-Editor and Graphic-Designer in 2009. He has since expanded his roles to Web-Designer and Technical Arts Director as WIN has added more staff, and was made Treasurer in 2016. In 2013, he married his wife Paola, who is a native of South Texas.
Jim Green is a retired Lieutenant Colonel who served 20 years in the United States Air Force. Jim founded Green Associates, a structural engineering firm, which he ran for 20 years. Jim is a graduate of the University of Wyoming and has been married to his wife Sandy for over 50 years.
Rev. Jaime Loya is the founder of Cross Church, a South Texas megachurch. Rev. Loya has also appeared on "It's Your Time", a TBN television program. Rev. Loya and his wife Mary have four children.
Drew Sims is a retired entrepreneur who has founded and operated multiple successful businesses. He volunteers as a marketing consultant for WIN Ministries.
Donald Thompson is the president of Rio Pride, a South Texas citrus company. Donald Thompson is a graduate of Texas A&M University. He is a member of the Texas A&M Advisory Committee, the Texas Citrus Board, and the Rio Grande Valley Citrus Committee. He and his wife Mary have been married for over 50 years.
Beth Cliff has been a missionary with her husband Dr. S. Brick Cliff for over 30 years, serving in Africa and Latin America. Beth is a graduate of Elim Bible Institute and Spring Arbor University.
Tim Outlaw has worked full-time in ministry since 2006. Through many divine appointments, God led Tim to start doing missions work in Asia in 2010. After Tim began working with his future wife Sara the following year, God made it clear to them their future in marriage and ministry. In 2016, they moved back from Asia to Texas where they now reside most of the year. Tim oversees WIN's Asia operations as well as much of the administrative operations in WIN's Harlingen, TX office.
Ricardo Villarreal Jr. is a graduate of The University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. He is a medical professional with a background in critical care, administrative, leadership, and education. In 2007, he married his wife, Paula D. Villarreal, and they both reside in the Rio Grande Valley. He enjoys reading, outdoor nature activities, and serving along his wife at Cross Church in San Benito, TX.
